cardio fitness
your gym has the latest Life Fitness treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes and rowers allowing a variety of workouts. The cardio room has 5 large TVs, all connected to a "cardio theatre" system so you can keep up with the latest news or listen to music while you exercise.

weight training
The weights section of your gym contains both free weights and pin loaded machines to work every muscle group without having to move heavy weight plates. Trainers are always on hand to supervise your workout and
to help you maximize your results
at your gym.


group exercise classes
In the group exercise room, your gym offers a wide range of workouts, including Les Mills choreographed classes such as Body Pump and Body Step, as well as high and low impact aerobics. Pilates and Yoga classes will also be led by highly qualified trained instructors.

personal training
At your gym we call this Meet Your Goals (MYG). This service is primarily for those who want continuous one-on-one attention to help motivate and assist you to achieve your own goals. MYG trainers will set realistic targets with you and help you reach them. MYG is excellent for beginner members, as it teaches you how to get the most from a workout while keeping you safe at all times. Each session is tailored to suit the individual and there's always something new and exciting!
